Key Responsibilities:
- • Provide confidential, evidence-informed psychotherapy to clients in virtual or in-person settings.
- • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards and MembersHealth protocols.
- • Participate in initial and ongoing training to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- • Uphold MembersHealth’s values of equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all client interactions.
- • Submit annual updates of professional documentation (college membership, liability insurance, certifications).
Qualifications:
- • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline.
- • Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- • Active membership in a recognized professional college.
- • Valid professional liability insurance.
- • Certificates of expertise in one or more clinical modalities (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care).
- • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- • Experience working with diverse populations and/or individuals in safety-sensitive roles is strongly preferred.
Documentation Required Upon Hiring:
- • Copy of highest degree obtained.
- • Updated resume or CV.
- • Proof of current professional registration and insurance.
- • Signed contract agreeing to MembersHealth’s policies and procedures.
Work Environment:
- • Virtual sessions supported by our secure digital platform.
- • For in-person roles, therapist offices must meet accessibility and safety standards.
- • Flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
