3. Select "New Visit" and specify:
   • Who needs care: Choose between yourself or someone else.
   • Visit type: Select Virtual Visit.
   • Service selection: Choose from: General Medical Appointment, Prescription Refill, New Prescription, Referral Lab Work / Requisitions, Care Team Inquiry
   • Reason for visit: Manually input the details of your concern.
